How does billing work?

Access is billed as a subscription through the channel where you signed up (our website, or bundled with a course purchase). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

In the web app, open Settings → Billing to manage or cancel your subscription. If your access came bundled with a course or through another channel, manage it there. Not sure which? Email us at help@onepeakcreative.com and we'll take care of it.

Can I get a refund?

If you think you were charged in error, or you're within your plan's money-back window, email us at help@onepeakcreative.com with the date and amount and we'll sort it out. See our Terms of Service for the full billing terms.

I see a charge I don't recognize.

Send us the date, amount, and the descriptor shown on your statement at help@onepeakcreative.com and we'll trace it and explain or correct it.
