How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

How do I delete my account?

In the iOS app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. On the web, email us at help@onepeakcreative.com and we'll delete it for you. Either way removes your sign-in, profile, and the uploaded or generated media tied to your account.

What happens to my billing when I delete my account?

Billing managed through an external purchase channel may stay active until you cancel it through that channel. If you need help cancelling, email help@onepeakcreative.com.

Can I export my data before deleting?

Email us at help@onepeakcreative.com before you delete and we'll help you with a copy of your data.
