How do I sign in?
Go to formatfinder.onepeakcreative.com and sign in with the email address you used when you purchased access.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. We'll send you a link to set a new one. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder.
I signed up with the wrong email or a typo.
No problem. Email us at help@onepeakcreative.com from the address you can access, tell us the email you meant to use, and we'll correct your account so everything lines up.
I can't access my account email anymore.
Email us at help@onepeakcreative.com from any address and include any detail that helps us find your account (the name or email used at checkout, or a receipt). We'll help you recover access.
