I never posted a video in my life, and in my first video I got over four million views. Three years ago, I never made a single video in my life. The team gave me a format to try about golfing because I'm a caddy. My videos challenge a player to make a par or birdie, and we take it from there. Since my first video, I've pulled in millions and millions of views. I've grown close to 400,000 followers, close to 30 brand deals, and I've traveled the world with golf all over the world. So much fun. Now there's Format Finder. It gives you specific ideas for your specific niche. It writes the script and the shot list for you. How easy is that? They also created a One Click Editor. It cuts the whole thing together while you just sit there and watch it do it. It's unbelievable. For all the hours I save editing, guess what? I'm out golfing. And you know what, guys? They're running a deal on the annual plan right now. So if you've never found a format that works for you, this is it. It works for me, and it comes with a built-in editor. So easy.

The result at a glance

  • Gerry said he had never made a video before the first post.
  • The One Peak team gave him a golf challenge format, and the first video passed four million views.
  • He reported nearly 400,000 followers and close to 30 brand deals after continuing the format.

The starting point

Gerry was a golf caddie with no video-publishing history. The original breakthrough predates the Format Finder app: the One Peak team gave him a challenge format in which a player tries to make par or birdie. He used that repeatable structure as the foundation of the channel.

How Format Finder fit the workflow

  1. 1

Start with a repeatable golf challenge

The first format gave each video a clear setup, stakes, and payoff that made sense inside Gerry's real caddie environment.

  2. 2

Repeat the structure, not the exact video

Gerry kept the recognizable par-or-birdie challenge while changing the player and outcome, creating a repeatable content engine.

  3. 3

Use Format Finder for the productized workflow

Gerry now describes using Format Finder for niche-specific ideas, scripts, shot lists, and the One Click Editor built around the same format-first method.

What other creators can take from it

Gerry's original result should not be credited to an app that did not exist yet. It is evidence for the underlying format-first method. Format Finder makes that expert-supplied process available as a repeatable product workflow for creators who do not have a team handing them the first concept.

How this result was verified

We matched the embedded file to the original Gerry UGC source in Format Finder's ad-media archive and matched his public @gerry.carry account to the original golf challenge video. The testimonial directly reports the view, follower, and brand-deal figures. The page separates the team-supplied original format from Gerry's later use of the Format Finder app.

This is a real creator outcome, not a promised result. Reach varies by niche, execution, audience, and platform distribution.
